Hey guys I’m a new transfer student coming in this fall and I’m having trouble logging into handshake. When I log in with my NetId I get a message that says “You successfully logged in to your Single Sign On portal but we could not find your Handshake account. You either don't have an account yet or your account is not configured correctly. Please use the options below to configure your account to login.” And when I attempted those other options to log in I see you aren’t supposed to just use the RU email and it’s just reserved for alumni, students and incoming students should already have an account. Am I doing something wrong?
