Hi, reasonable newbie to selling on Vinted in the last month. I’ve sold 20 or so items, having a wardrobe clear out.

I have just had this message in the app saying my account has been restricted due to an item being listed incorrectly. It is a Shein dress and that is the brand I have selected, I can’t see any other brand listed in the details or title either so I’m very confused.

Help pages on the app don’t have an answer but I can see mention of an appeal process using a link in the moderation email, except I haven’t had one!

I can’t live without listing I guess, but does anyone know if this impacts my current listings for any sales over the 5 days? (have about 20 or so live)
