I took the exam a few weeks ago and it was very difficult to concentrate because there was this one person next to me coughing the whole time. During the second part of the exam he even started some nasty farts and even his stomach was gurgling. I failed. Can I email ncees and ask for a refund or another try. This really made it hard to concentrate during the exam.
