HELLO. We are looking for two people to sublease our beautiful studio on Kelton Ave for the months of July/Aug (we flexible on dates though). It is a very short walk to campus (15-20 min), will be fully furnished (table bed mattress couch kitchenware toaster oven I'll even leave my toothpaste if you'd want), and I could leave my plants if you get lonely. There are 2 closets with a lot of space, sectioned off sleeping areas, and the bathroom/kitchen are separate rooms. If you want to see a more in depth video of the space or even want to tour, pm me!
Rent is $2375 so 1180ish per person, and parking is available for a bit extra. Move in/move out date is negotiable!
