Nomad and Manta are great for teachers. Color export + color screen mirroring would make SN perfect for teaching!

Hi everyone,

I’ve had my Supernote Nomad for only about two days now, and I’m already really happy with it. I work as a teacher, and only after getting the device did I realize that screen mirroring is available even for Linux users like me. That made it fit my workflow even better than I expected. To be honest, I’m already seriously considering getting the Manta as well. :D

One feature that would make Supernote almost perfect for me (and probably for many teachers) would be the ability to export notes with colors and use colors during screen sharing/mirroring. Just to be clear: I don’t mean a color display. I actually don’t want something like a Kaleido 3 screen. I’m perfectly happy with black and white hardware. I’m only talking about the software side: being able to use colors for annotations/highlights and then export or mirror them in color. That would make classroom use so much better than the smartboards we currently have. And honestly, with apps like Notability and GoodNotes getting more bloated with every new AI feature, I really don’t see myself buying another iPad just to create a digital whiteboard during classes.

Yeah, I know the Remarkable already supports colored export (not sure about color screen mirroring or whether it still requires an account with the newest beta), but I genuinely prefer the Supernote experience.

If those features existed, I’d buy the Manta immediately.

Really enjoying the experience so far. Great work by the Supernote team, thank you so much!
