First Pair of Iron 8111 — Need Sizing Advice
I’m using a translator here, so sorry if some of this sounds a little awkward. I’m looking to buy my first pair of Iron 8111s and would really appreciate some sizing advice.
My foot length is 27.2 cm, width is 10.9 cm, and I have a high instep. I tried them on in-store, and the 10D fits really well overall, but my pinky toe feels a bit squeezed. The 10.5D feels slightly loose, with a little heel slip. Unfortunately, none of the nearby stores carry EE widths for me to try on, so I’d have to order online.
From what I’ve read, a lot of people say 10.5D = 10E = 9.5EE. I’m trying to get the comfort of the 10.5D, but I don’t want the boots to feel too long. I’m also planning to add an insole later.……What do you think would be the better choice for me — 9.5EE or 10EE?
