Hi all,

I’m moving into a new apartment (a big old Victorian) and i am so incredibly lucky to be in a place that has been well kept, and loved. That being said this is my new stove/oven? I am a little bit nervous about it as I’ve never used anything like it before and have some but not a TON of gas range experience. Would love some tips, tricks, advice. Etc.
