Honest Aesthetic Doctors? Looking for Natural Advice, Not Upselling

I am looking for recommendations for genuinely good aesthetic clinics/doctors who give honest advice and do not just try to sell every treatment under the sun or overdo procedures.

I am 43 and starting to notice dehydrated skin, sagging, loss of firmness, and overall tired skin quality. I want someone who will actually assess my face properly and recommend what is truly needed rather than “butchering” the face or pushing fillers everywhere.

Would also love suggestions on:

• Best skin boosters for hydration and glow

• Treatments that actually help with mild sagging and collagen stimulation

• What worked for people around my age without making them look overfilled or unnatural

Looking for natural results and long term skin quality improvement more than dramatic changes. Any recommendations or experiences would really help.

UMPI Graduates: Were You Able to Get Into Masters Programs Afterward?

Hi everyone,

I am considering enrolling at UMPI through the YourPace program and wanted to hear from people who already graduated from there.

Were you able to get accepted into Masters programs at other universities afterward? Especially traditional universities in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

How was the acceptance experience overall? Did any universities reject the degree or have concerns about the competency based format?

Would really appreciate hearing real experiences before I commit. Thanks!

I am from an Asian country and have spent most of my life in Dubai. I genuinely love Dubai, it feels like home to me, and I do not really want to leave. I have built my career and life here over decades.

But with the uncertainty in the world nowadays and having a weaker passport, I keep thinking about long term security and mobility for my family.

I am considering two options:

  1. Stay in Dubai, continue building my savings and investments, and get a Caribbean second passport for peace of mind and travel flexibility.

  2. Move to another country like the UK or Europe and start a long immigration journey toward permanent residency/citizenship.

I am in my early 40s with a stable senior career, so starting from scratch in another country also feels risky.

For people who went through similar decisions, what would you do in this situation?

Hi everyone,

I would appreciate some advice. I am from South Asia, working in a senior role in the UAE with strong income. After decades of effort, I have finally reached a level where I can save well.

Because of my weak passport and current global uncertainty, I am thinking about two options:

Option 1: Move to Ireland for long term residency and citizenship, but this means starting from scratch in terms of career and savings.

Option 2: Stay in the UAE and get Caribbean citizenship for mobility and peace of mind, while continuing to build savings.

My priority is long term security without losing the financial position I have worked hard to reach.

What would you do in my situation? Any real experiences would really help.

Thanks

Hi guys,

I am exploring applying for an E-2 Treaty Investor Visa and wanted to get some advice from people who have been through a similar situation.

Around 2016, my sister (who is a U.S. citizen) filed an F4 Visa petition for me. As far as I understand, it is still in the backlog and will likely take another 10 years or so.

I also had a U.S. visit visa refusal about 10 years ago, mainly because I had siblings in the U.S and weak ties with my own country.

Now I am planning to invest in a business and apply for an E2 visa. My questions are:

Will having an active F4 petition affect my chances of getting an E2 visa?

Has anyone here successfully received an E2 while having a pending family-based petition?

Should I be concerned about “immigrant intent” during the E2 process?

Would really appreciate any experiences or advice.

Thanks in advance!
