My Proton Authenticator has been working properly until I installed the latest updates from Mint 22.2 Update Manager.

Below are those updates (dated May 7, 2026):

After the updates, when I clicked on the Proton Authenticator icon at the lower left hand corn of the panel, the normal screen popped up asking for the unlocking password.

As soon as I put in the password and click the "Unlock" button, the window frozen as below:

After waiting for a while the window changed to a blank screen as below:

Can any one please help fixing this problem? Thanks.
