I am requesting an unban for my account. I experienced a technical issue where Steam failed to queue the recent CS2 update automatically. When I attempted to join the match, I was blocked by the “Client Needs Update” error.
I had to restart Steam and verify my game files to force the download, which caused me to miss the join timer. As a Premium member, I would appreciate it if you could clear this cooldown so I can get back to playing
