Should there be standing, nasty water in the resevoir where my filter sits in my dishwasher? It's 5 months old & been run MAYbe 15 times. The filter itself had a moldy looking film on it, but no food trapped anywhere. It smells when I open the door & even after a dry cycle seems wet inside. Was something connected wrong when installed? I keep seeing something about a high loop w a garbage disposal & not sure what that means.
