I recently was accepted for transfer into multiple top colleges in California, some of which being UCLA and UCSD. An education still remains a priority, I recently started a career at a large fintech company that gives me the ladder to climb towards what I want to do long term. Ironically, I am the only non grad (cc), and the youngest in the company. This makes me conflicted on my choice, as one path leads me towards a degree unrelated to my career but gives me prestige and access to internships, while the other leads me towards what I want long term.

Currently, my ideas for paths are

  1. Gap year and return to a Uc next year -> keep working

  2. Gap year and apply to schools like Stanford, ucberk, and usf next year -> keep working and take the sat for Stanford

  3. State school and graduate online in a year and a half

Would love to hear feedback.
