Questions Regarding Housing: Sharps & Flats/Octave & Renaissance Park Apt
Hello! I am transferring to UCD in the fall, and me and my partner have been looking at some housing options and have started touring places as well.
We recently toured both Sharps & Flats/Octave & Renaissance Park Apartments, the touring staff were very friendly at both, and we liked the community accommodations as well as the layout of the units. We were pretty set on a 2 bed 1ba unit at Sharps & Flats, but upon further research we realized they had less than stellar reviews.
We also saw that they had changed management recently, and were wondering if any students here had any recent experiences (positive or negative) with these apartment complexes.
If you don't have any experiences with these specific buildings, but have any recommendations on pet-friendly off-campus housing (1 bed 1 ba / 2 bed 2 ba / 2 bed 1 ba) please let us know! Thank you! ^_^
