Hi! 19F, 5’5, and somewhere between 180-195 lbs???
For a little more context to that, I started at 205 lbs and lost some weight as you can read. BUT i’ve kind of hit a wall? I was weighing in at around 190 consistently for a couple weeks while eating 1400 cals a day. Until 8 days ago i weighed in at 184 lbs and my app boosted my cal budget to 1700. i was so excited that i was in the 180s and the thought that i wouldn’t be as hungry every day. ate less than 1700 for barely a week and i shot back up to 193!!
now im not really familiar with how water retention works yet, but i did start my period and google says that 1-3 lbs of water weight is normal for menstruation. except i gained almost 10 lbs in like 4 days????
idk maybe im in denial and im trying to blame my hormones for my own doings. im just super bummed that i just stay at 190 no matter how little i eat and how much i exercise:(
