Hello,

I’ve recently been diagnosed with a 3cm sliding Hiatus Hernia after having a camera down my throat investigating acid reflux.

I’m taking omeprazole which is dealing with the reflux and I’m hunting down sub lingual supplements to hopefully counteract the side effects but I’m planning on getting a blood test every year to keep an eye on it all.

I joined this sub and it seems like people are having lots of pain and issues due to their HH and I’m a bit worried because I have none of these symptoms at the moment. I get a full ache under my ribs sometimes but it’s just that and the acid reflux.

Have I got all these horrible things to come? Did some of you only have a few symptoms that got worse over time? I’ve still had no contact from my GP since the test so I’ve not been able to ask the doctor any questions at all but I’m planning on chasing them Monday morning

I have an orange micro dark with the 8” speaker.

I’m planning to upgrade to a larger speaker but in the short term I’d like to get either an overdrive pedal or eq pedal (ge7) or to tighten up the distortion.

Does anyone here have experience with this amp who could suggest which option would be best? (Eq or overdrive) I currently only have the funds to do one of them.

Eventually I’ll end up with both anyway and a larger speaker either 1x12” or 2x12
