First two pics are from the listing and last is the stain. Item described as very good.
It’s hard to tell in the pictures but it’s more obvious in person and almost looks like a bleach stain.
This is my first time receiving an item not exactly as described.
There’s a stain on the back, however the back of the jacket wasn’t shown in the pic. It’s my fault for not checking however I purchased it fast as I missed out on this item previously and didn’t want to risk it again.
As the back was never shown, and the item is not as described in terms of staining, I was wondering what I should do in terms of next steps. Ideally I’d want a partial refund but not sure if i’m asking for too much.
For what it’s worth, this is the first item in maybe ~20ish purchases where i’ve had an issue.
Would love some opinions
