We won our lemon law case and accepted the settlement offer. Signed all the paperwork at the end of 2025. We were told that we could expect the car to be collected in 45-60 days and the settlement check once they inspected the car. It’s 90+ days and the car sits on our drive.
Is there anything we can do to get the car collected and our money asap?
