I will be going on a cruise for three weeks and I don’t want to loose my streak. Is there some way I can pause my progress?

I am on the QM2 doing the eastbound transatlantic June 17-24. I’ve been trying to tweak my cruise a little, but customer service has been atrocious. We have called twice and been on the phone for a long time with people who don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I have sent several emails with no response. Do you think if we managed to upgrade to a Princess Grill Suite we would be treated better?

I’ve been trying to figure this out myself but am not having much luck. What is the best way to get from the port to London proper? Our plan is to visit the Tower and the British Museum ( June 25-27) then catch a train at Kings Cross to catch the 7PM ferry to Shetland. Any advice is appreciated. Also, any pointers on which hotel to stay in would be great. I’m looking at Mimi’s Hotel in SOHO
