So two days after I took my test at home I received a letter with the following

" Your scores from your test could not be reported because your Writing response did not reflect the assigned task, or it contained ideas, language, and/or examples found in published sources or other test takers’ responses."

Of course, no evidence, or more specific information was provided in response to my request. I have also been informed that the decision is final, can't be appealed, and neither can a reschedule or refund be issued.

I am not sure, what could have caused this. I never looked up any writing timeplates or read another person's response. Also, I refuse to believe my answer could have been soooo off topic. So what could it be?

Has anyone experienced such issues before?

I need my results, so I would have to take another test.

How could I avoid such a situation in the future?

P.S. Because of dyslexia I had a human scribe as an accommodation for the writing part, but there is no indication of the problem.
