Does anyone else feel like life has never really felt the same after COVID?

Maybe it’s just me, but sometimes I really miss how life felt before COVID. Things just seemed simpler back then, and even now it still feels like a lot has changed.

Lately I’ve noticed that many people seem more tired, more stressed, and like they’re just trying to get through the day. Because of that, I’ve been trying to enjoy small things more, like reading, cycling, swimming, and going out into nature. There are a lot of waterfalls not too far from where I live, so sometimes I go there just to clear my head.

Recently, I also lost my cat, and that has made things feel even heavier. My cat was with me for 5 years, so the house feels very different now, and I still catch myself remembering all the little things they used to do.

I’m not really ready to adopt another cat yet, so for now I’m just trying to take things slowly. Have any of you felt like life has been different since COVID too? And what small things have helped you feel a bit better lately?
