Basically what the title says. I ordered some Karndean flooring online which I haven't received. I emailed them to cancel as no longer needed; they said it will incur a 25% handling fee as that is what Karndean charges them. It doesn't sound right to me; the handling fee is not mentioned anywhere on their website terms and conditions. Am I mistaken or am I being scammed? Thanks in advance.

Can anyone recommend a good website to buy mangoes from? Looking specifically for alphonso or kesar mangoes. Growing up, our dad used to bring boxes of fragrant mangoes home during summer; the scent of these mangoes would fill up our home. Mangoes always make me very nostalgic! Thanks for helping me out.

I keep reading about people having health visitor appointments throughout the baby's first year. We had three health visitor appointments, the last one taking place when baby was 6 weeks old. No appointments or any communication since. Have we fallen out of the system somehow? Baby is 16 weeks old now. Thanks for reading!
