Hello everyone, I'm making a trailer for my game. I've been self-funding so I thought the best workflow would be to do what I can on my own but have a frame-by-frame animator do the parts that need it. Here's an example.

I would need frame-by-frame on 1s for the smoke and the lava lamp (animations need to stay as close to the reference as possible with the line weights and outlines, since they will live within the scene). I'm trying to come up with what the budget should be. For example, what should a 5-second scene like this cost for the two animations? The time frame is flexible, maybe 2 weeks to a month? Also it's a one off, doesn't need to loop; res 4k; mostly 24 FPS unless a mix with 12 FPS in places would work.

I've thought about going to studios in Asia to save money and have sent emails to some well-known ones in Korea and the Philippines but haven't heard back. It might be they don't work on small projects like this. If anyone knows of a studio who does and has prices I can afford, I'd be grateful to know.

Note: Getting a lot of random DMs. If you DM please provide a portfolio with the work you feel closes matches this type of animation. I'll be looking for work that fits before reaching out.
