Asat's original plan, Oroboros and Silver Wolf
During the Silver Wolf/Fugue quest investigating the truth behind Skott's murder [SPOILER AHEAD] we learned that the IPC's Marketing Development Department (Oswaldo's faction inside IPC) plan was to cause trouble during the Phantasmoon Games using chemical weapons. However, Asat Pramad replaced the chemical weapons with Shuhu fragments. Skott knew about this conspiracy but was silenced by the Power Rangers.
After Kuchiba's comments about Oroboros being in Planarcadia... Could Asat's original plan have been to free Oroboros so that the Aeon could destroy Aha?
It would make sense for him to cause a great Abundance Apocalypse to attract Lan's arrow and consequently destroy the seal, releasing Ouroboros.
I think Asat's next step will be to use the SWLVL999 inside the cartridge to unlock the seal.
