So I’m in gm, and I work 2 jobs, recently they keep putting me as receive reverse ( but I’m always still just in gm) but now on my time people won’t pick up any of my shifts bc no one knows what receive reverse is/ they don’t even show up for some people?? Is this a tactic for them to make sure i can’t get my shifts picked up?
