Hi guys, I finished the national park challenge but I didn't receive the BMC frame from the yearly subscription. I wrote the support but they told me that there are no wheels or frames as a reward. Only outfits, but I also don't have the outfits in my customisation options.

I changed my subscription after finishing the challenge from monthly to yearly with a group account. I have check marks on the rewards but no gear in the garage.

My question, am I wrong and there are no rewards regardless of coins and xp for the challenge?

Did anybody receive the frame and wheels?

I hope this issue gets solved. Would love to have the frame and the other gears.

Edit: The support finally solved the issue and awarded me with the frame and the wheels.
