@Endthe75Pause X Account

I just want to say I really appreciate everything the admin of "endthe75pause" X account has done to bring attention to the 75-country immigrant visa pause and the families being separated because of it.

That said, I genuinely think we need even more outreach and more consistent posting. A lot of Americans still have no idea this policy exists or that U.S. citizens are being separated from their spouses and children indefinitely even after passing all legal and security checks.

If running the account alone is becoming overwhelming, maybe consider adding a few trusted people from the U.S. to help manage posts, contact journalists, organize advocacy, and keep attention on this issue daily. We need more visibility, more pressure on lawmakers, and more public awareness if we want anything to change.

Families are suffering in silence right now, and we can’t let momentum die down.

Hi guys,

I’m asking you to please read this, because some of us are out of hope.

Right now, families from 75 countries are being kept apart by the visa pause. Husbands from wives. Wives from husbands. Parents from children. We did everything the law asked. I-130 approved. Documentarily qualified at NVC. Every fee paid. Medicals done. Background checks cleared. We waited. And waited. Some of us for 3, 4, 5 years or more.

This is what that wait looks like. Kids growing up with a parent only on a screen. Missing first steps, first words, first days of school. Birthdays through WhatsApp. Funerals we attend alone. Anniversaries spent staring at an empty chair. Marriages held together by unstable calls and prayer.

These are not numbers. These are people who followed every rule. From every one of the 75 affected countries. We are asking for one thing: the chance to live with our spouses and children after years of lawful process.

Tell them how long you have been waiting. Tell them what you have missed with your spouse and your children. You do not need perfect words. You just need your truth.

*Comment "Sent" when you email.* Let us lift each other up. Let us show that we are not invisible. If we stand together, they will have to listen.

We followed the law. We just want our families whole again.

Hi [Journalist Name],

I am writing as one of thousands of Americans and legal residents with family members stuck abroad due to the visa pause affecting 75 countries.

My [spouse/children] and I have been separated for [X years/months]. Our petition is approved. We are documentarily qualified at NVC. All fees are paid. Medicals and background checks are complete. We have complied with every requirement and waited patiently.

The human cost is heavy. My [husband/wife] has missed [the birth of our child / our child’s milestones / family funerals / critical surgeries]. My children ask every day when [mom/dad] is coming home. We are trying to keep our family strong across time zones and broken connections.

There are thousands of families across all 75 countries living this same painful reality. We followed the legal process step by step. We are simply asking for the ability to reunite with our spouses and children.

Would you consider covering the human impact of this pause? I can provide documents, timelines, and connect you with other affected families from many of the 75 countries. Thank you for your time and for considering our story.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
