We're a small company based in the UK importing furniture from a partner factory in Malaysia and selling on various marketplaces. There is a company with a near identical name selling similar items on Amazon, which in a competitive market is to be expected, the problem arises with contact details. Our rival business doesn't have any published contact details so whenever their customers get stonewalled on Amazon, they Google the seller name and find us.

We're typically fielding as many calls from the other business' customers as we are from our own customers. We end up talking angry customers down whilst trying to convince them it's not us.

We have tried reaching out through Amazon and writing a letter to their registered address (a flat in London) but as you would expect, if they're ignoring their own customers, they're obviously going to blank us too.

What can we do?

I was treated to a lovely display as this character flew alongside me driving into work this morning, it landed on a post ahead so pulled over to attempt a pic without scaring it off. What do ya reckon, sparrowhawk?
