How Do Solo Founders Wear Every Hat?

As a technical founder, building the product is the part that feels natural.

What feels much harder is everything else.

How do you approach marketing when you’ve never been a marketer?
How do you sell when sales is outside your comfort zone?
How do you make sound financial decisions without a finance background?
How do solo founders manage the responsibilities of an entire team?

I’m currently planning a startup and trying to better understand how experienced people from different backgrounds approach their work.

I’d love to connect with people in areas such as:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • Customer Success
  • Product
  • Design

I’m especially interested in learning:

  • How you think through problems in your domain
  • Which parts of your work take the most time
  • Where AI tools help and where they fall short
  • What expertise still requires human judgment

My goal is to learn from professionals who have developed real expertise in their field so I can become a more well-rounded founder.

If we connect well and I feel your expertise could help with my startup, I may also reach out for paid consulting on an hourly basis or explore collaboration opportunities.

If you’re open to a short virtual conversation, please comment below or send me a message. I’d genuinely appreciate the chance to learn from your experience.
