Made some bangers last night
Got my poolish dough method dialled in now and these were great. Some nice chimichurri and wild garlic pesto to dip the crusts into.
One fail out of six (which I was able to salvage) due to an air pocket underneath making a hole. Seems to happen a lot so any tips on avoiding that would be appreciated.... Normally I try and release the base when it happens to let the air out, but does happen a lot.
I do love pizza season and making pizzas! Brings me so much more joy than the shitty office work I do through the week.
