I'm an incoming first year currently taking AP Physics c, but won't be taking the E&M test. I'm getting conflicting answers online if I can have my credits transferred if I just take the mechanics test, can one of yall clear this up for me?

The deadline to guarantee a first year dorm was yesterday, but I did it this morning instead. I'm to get totem park because it's close to my classes and cheap, but now it's not guaranteed because I was late. What are the chances that I get the room I requested (shared room)?
