Looking for an artist to create a Youtube channel logo, channel banner and two channel mascots [Warhammer 40k] [200$]

Hello beautiful people. I am starting a new Warhammer-related Youtube channel and would like commission the full art package - the channel logo, the channel banner and two characters that would serve as the mascots.

Important details upfront:
- Familiarity with Warhammer 40k universe highly desired
- Timeline: 2-3 weeks
- Budget: 200$, negotiable. No PayPay links - only Ko-fi, Stripe or similar (my location limitation)

Project description

About the channel - Kin and Cog is a light hearted 40k channel covering both hobby and gameplay sides of one of the Warhammer 40k factions - Leagues of Votann. Votann are a faction of industrious space Dwarves utilizing high-end AI-based technologies. The faction is comprised of cloned humanoids (Kin) and the fully mechanical robots (Ironkin) living side-by-side as equals.

Channel logo is based on the famous predator/Schwarzenegger handshake meme - one of the arms is of a Kin, another is of an Ironkin, symbolizing the coexistence and synergy between them.

Reference for mascot 1 - a votann Kin dwarf. Exo-armour, but face and some parts of body visible. He is meant to be the main channel mascot, narrating most of the videos. He has the stereotypical dwarven character - a little grumpy but friendly. Can hold a tankard, a paintbrush or a book of grudges, based on context.

Reference for mascot 2 - a ironkin robot. Meant to be the secondary mascot, providing advice on rules, optimizations and gameplay efficiency. May hold a holographic display.

Visual style - 2d, cartoonish, exaggerated. Has to be recognizable on thumbnails / smaller devices.

Color palette - dusty, sandy ochre, olive green, dark leather, bright red accents.

Kindly check official 40k resources for references, Deep Rock Galactic art is also a great place to check. Best color palette reference I can provide is this one.
