A lot of people think Dubai company setup is just:
“Pay money → get license → start business.”
But after researching deeply, I realized the important part is actually choosing the correct structure.
For example:
- some freezones are cheaper initially but may create banking issues later
- mainland gives flexibility but costs can be higher
- visa requirements change overall pricing a lot
- some business activities need approvals people don’t expect
I also learned that many entrepreneurs focus only on the cheapest package instead of long-term scalability.
Honestly, Dubai still looks like one of the best places for international expansion from India, but proper planning seems extremely important.
Anyone here running a UAE business currently?
How has your experience been with:
- banking
- taxes
- client acquisition
- yearly renewals
- compliance
Would genuinely like to know the ground reality.
