Severe lower mid back pain when simply walking?

I have been dealing with lower/mid back pain for about a year now and it starts whenever I try to clean around the house or grocery shopping. Simply walking around the house and bending slightly like washing hands at a sink and than walking to my room would start this pain.

The pain itself gets progressively worse when I walk and its kind of start off like soreness and than actual ache pain. Its so bad I have to lean back on my spine like pushing my stomach out and leaning back. The thing that makes it better is to either sit down or lay down. It also happens when I am either walking on a treadmill or just outside, and I would need to grab something like on the treadmill I grab the sides and it takes some pressure off.

I have not really tried anything for treatment, some people told me its because of my weight and I started walking some more and it just delayed my pain but it was still there. Also when I am walking it gets better when I walk slowly. I have been told, its because of my stomach, poor core muscles, sitting too much...

I remember the first day it happened to me. It was the summer of 2024, right when I graduated high school and I have been sitting home for a long time doing online school and I gained a lot of weight like 50 pounds in couple of months, so I decided to go on a walk at the park with my family and it came out of no where. We all thought, it was just because I did not stretch or something but I could barely walk a mile and it got worse from there on.
