This is great that there is a community for Libby (then again, it's Reddit, of *course* there's a subreddit for it). I just experienced something that's happened multiple times before. I received an email that my hold is ready. I log into the Libby web interface, and then app, and the book does not show on either one. The correct library card is selected. I clicked the sync button. The answer might be painfully obvious for users who are more savvy with Libby than I am.
Any suggestions? Thanks
