Hello, I'm new here and I think this is my first post on reddit...or one of my firsts.
I've been playing AFOP for a few months now and I encountered a bug that I can't seem to fix. I play in PC. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to no avail.
I was in the plains, I helped an Arrow Deer with one of those pinger things. I ran around the same area for a bit and ended up needing to hunt. I scanned the area and saw a (???) appear. It was an Arrow deer (one of four, I think) and I tried scanning it again, but it kept reading as a mystery object. So I hunted and gathered it. I got only a bit of meat.
Mystery meat. I tried to cook it. Nothing (unable to use it.)
I can't drop it or donate it either. One pic is how it's in my inventory when I try and donate it. The other is how it appears in my stash.
Even when it's in my stash it will appear when I try and cook. If I try and learn about the mystery meat the game sends me to a Stormglider entry.
I have no idea what to do or how to fix it.
I feel terrible for hunting the mystery animal and maybe this is my curse to carry the mystery meat around forever.
