According to his Wikipedia page, Chris Watts is in Waupun Correctional Facility in Wisconsin; however, there are no records of him there. Search on https://appsdoc.wi.gov/lop/home/home ... no one meets his description.

Every time there's an ad break - whatever I'm watching - it ends up jumping back to a random point. Somteims it's less than 3 minuites, someimtes it's an hour. Does anyone have a solution?
