
If you buy an ASUS from Best Buy, ASUS wont fix it
I tried to contact tech support about TWO brand new Asus Zenbook A16 laptops that came with a very broken Windows build out of the box (and a "Reset" brought back the same broken build). They told me to go to geek squad. (NO, I didn't buy the Best Buy Warranty.)
I was hoping to talk to someone at ASUS because they must know of this issue, but my only recourse is to go to Best Buy and return it. I'd rather have it fixed. It's just some configuration issue on their build.
Don't buy an Asus Zenbook A16 until they fix this.
