Oh my life this is pissing me off! At my inpatient clinic we are allowed 3 food dislikes that we just won’t eat- one of mine is severe in the sense that if this food is anywhere in the meal I won’t eat it. I’ve always been this way, I just really hate the taste lol. Problem.

It’s been in every second meal!

How am I supposed to make myself eat something i don’t like to begin with?? It’s food I would of never eaten ?? Does anyone have any tips lol? This was mostly just a rant however tips are appreciated

Hi, I have been thinking about going vegan for the longest time. Since I heard about the diet and life style a few years back I had really been thinking about my consumption of animal products and the harm being caused by the industries I was indirectly supporting. Unfortunately i, as the title implies, have developed anorexia and because of this my family is very wary about what I’m eating. I’m a minor so my care and now food is totally within their control and they can’t believe that I have been considering veganism for the longest time.

What should I do? Should I keep trying to push that I would like to go vegan or should I wait until I make it through recovery to start a vegan diet?

Even if I am still made to eat animal products I am going to stop using them where possible as it’s the least I can do :)

I think this is the right flair to use, sorry if not
Anyway I’m inpatient at the moment and my intake has increased drastically these past couple of days and OUGH I am FEELING IT. My stomach hurts constantly and it’s so hard to force myself to eat the food they put in front of me when I can feel my stomach cramping 💔 I ask for paracetamol but it isn’t really helping 😭

I do not want to be here and I am not coping with how much I am eating. Does anyone have any tips on how to cope with this as these past few days have ruined me and I truly don’t know how I am meant to keep doing this.

Bonus points; my birthday is in 10 days and I will likely have my birthday inpatient while still on bedrest. Any tips on how to make my birthday enjoyable?
