I had no weight training experience until 2 years ago. Since then I have been lifting weights consistently 3-4 times a week. I am 38 years old and 6 foot 1. I recomped for that time period but now I am just aiming to cut and get a lower BF% and then start building.

The cut started two weeks ago. Started at 178.6 pounds and now I am at 173.6. Already seeing subtle changes in a two weeks period. I understand a big chunk of this is water weight and loss of glycogen but already noticing subtle changes. I have lost 9.5 inches in the 2 week period.
