I'm a Malaysian who was prosecuted under Akta Hasutan for 3R stuff in 2013.

I skipped bail, and I've been living overseas for 12 years now, but my charge is still pending.

If I return now, what are the chances that they'll:

  1. Toss me in prison for a long time? Anything a year or more is long to me.

  2. Toss me in prison for a short time?

  3. Slap me on the wrist (e.g. RM5k denda)

  4. Drop my charges fully, because it's no longer politically expedient to pursue these types of cases?

I might be delulu, but somehow I'm predicting something more like 3 or 4, especially after so much time has lapsed.

But what do you think?
