Best type of hanger for strings light suspended from the backside of fascia?
I live in the PNW, in this area there are not as many gutters and it's a lot of downspouts with flatter roofs, including mine. Previously I used these small Q hangers there were already there, but many of them were removed when we recently got the house painted. Would the outdoor command strips work on wood fascia or is it too porous? Or should I stick with small Q hangers and just get more of them. My plan was to put them in on the backside of the fascia and then the light can hang down. These lights also have those little hanger holes (I am the most eloquent lol). Anyway, would love suggestions for what worked for you that was the least destructive, or if you think it's not a big deal to do this on the backside of the fascia.
