Walking became my reset button.
I just discovered this sub yesterday and instantly felt like I found my kind of people.
I’ve been walking for years without really thinking too much about the numbers. Most of my days are spent walking through Montreal. Sometimes with music, mainly audiobooks and sometimes just alone with my thoughts :)
At some point it stopped feeling like exercise and became more of a positive daily ritual. It helps me clear my head, stay grounded, reduce stress, and appreciate the city a little more.
Just wanted to share my progress and some positivity :)
