I used to check my blood pressure pretty regularly and it was always in the same range — 130+/85+. Not terrible, but definitely not great either.
About 2.5 months ago I made some changes:
Cut sugar completely
Started keto
Switched to OMAD
Added some running here and there
I’ve lost 12 kg so far.
Now my readings are consistently like this: ~108–116 / 72–74, with a lower resting pulse too.
Didn’t expect it to drop this much, but it’s been pretty steady over multiple checks.
Just sharing in case anyone needs a bit of motivation, small habits stack up.
