Now I've managed to stop the ship from spinning completely thanks to the tips given, but it's still oscillating with the front constantly dropping, which makes it move forward. Does anyone know how I can fix this now?
So, this is my first time using Create, so please excuse my stupidity. I'm trying to make a whale-shaped spaceship and I'm having trouble stabilizing it. It takes off fine, but after a while it just starts to flip completely. I made this basic system that you can see in the video from a tutorial I found on YouTube. In case you're wondering, I've already tried making the 4 redstone links on the gimbal different for each thruster, but that didn't work either, and if I try to put more weight on the front, it just keeps turning completely but with its tail up. Do you have any tips to solve this? You can suggest removing/adding new thrusters if necessary, and redstone tips, but I'd really like them to stay only on the whale's fins.
The idea is that later, to move it forward or backward, the fin rotates a little, allowing the thrusters to push it forward or backward, but at the moment I just want the ship to stay stabilized in the air, which I can't even do, so I guess this idea won't be possible in the future either, lol.
