I completed W1D3, but it wasn’t easy..
I struggled thru every minute, Im actually afraid I can’t complete W2D1.
Apparently Walking has no relation to running 😂. Same day btw
Ive been averaging 15k steps daily for the last 3 months. Somedays I go up to 35k and somedays are as low as 12k but never below that.
I love walking but Im doing it expecting some weight loss with is as Im 5’9 and 105kg heavy.
Unfortunately Ive only lost 2kgs in the first month and then nothing changed. I tried water fasting 3 days a week for the last month while keeping the step count the same and eating normally on eating days but still the scale is changing nothing if not increasing. Maybe I should up my average to 20k? WOULD BE HARD AS A COLLEGE STUDENT WITH NOT MUCH FREE TIME.
