Was talking to a friend about necron lore and I was telling him about necrons immortality, now obviously the necrons have conditional immortality where they can be revived over and over given they are not entirely obliterated/don't go destroy culty which makes them "immortal" but that got me thinking regarding a much broader scope such as pop-culture, literature or cinema as whole. So I ask, does anyone know any word(s) that defines the state that is the conditional mortality? I've seen quasi-immortal and aforementioned conditional immortality but is there a better more aptly word (or words) for it?
