TPD ignored tips about human trafficking massage parlor for 5 years

The the title says it all. The massage parlor at 91st and Sheridan was just raided today. It was discovered that human trafficking was going on. The neighboring businesses have been reporting this for over 5 years. From what I understand, the police department never did follow up with the businesses that have reported this starting half a decade ago.Is detective work just not in TPD's scope of work?

I'm looking for an affordable rug to really tie my room together. I'm okay with used or new. Preferably Persian style. I've only lived here a couple of years and I don't know all of the thrift stores or shops that might carry these.
