How much should I sell my 2016 Sunny (Automatic, 108k km) for?

Hi everyone, looking for some advice on pricing my car.

Details:
- Model: 2016 Nissan Sunny 1.5 (Automatic) the base model
- Mileage: 108,000 km
- Condition: Well maintained, no major accidents(vin: MDHBN7AD8GG722290)

Only issue: the AC airflow mode control is acting up (doesn’t switch properly between windshield/feet/normal vents). It does not change mode to the windshield, since I have added a screen on the dashboard so that caused the issue.

What would be a fair price to list it at in today’s market?

Hey everyone,

Got a minor scrape on the rear wheel arch (see pic). It’s mostly paint transfer + some scratches, no major dent or structural damage.

Do you think this would pass RTA inspection as-is, or would I need to fix it first?

Also, in cases like this, is it worth getting a police report for insurance or is it usually cheaper/easier to just repair out of pocket?

Appreciate any advice from people who’ve dealt with similar situations 🙏

Sorry but this is my first car and had bought it a year ago so will be renewing the registration soon.
