Context - A coworker of mine was getting scolded by the founder for not taking ownership of a project. In his defense, he didn’t even know he was supposed to lead it. It was initially assigned to a senior person, and there was zero internal communication afterward.
Yesterday evening (the time in the screenshot has been changed to avoid recognition), she suddenly lashed out at him.
