Last year, I spent 7 days exploring the coast of Bangladesh with a German friend. The most unforgettable part was Kutubdia a small island slowly being eaten by the sea.
No hotels. No restaurants. No other tourists. Just fishermen who leave before sunrise, children playing on the shore, and a pace of life most of us forgot existed.
We stayed in a village home, ate what the sea gave us, & woke up to the sound of waves, not engines.
Happy to answer any questions about getting there, safety, or traveling solo in Bangladesh.
